First One Hatches…!!
So at 6.19 Barry Lutman noticed pipping on the egg the little one trying to get out of the egg by pecking at it . The at 8.50 the first one hatched . Dad was quickly there he has shown a lot of interest in all the preceding. So what great news first one ….!!!

London Camera Exchange and Canon open day on the lawn…!!!
One for the Diary’s still time to book Canon and LCE are doing an open day at the Cathedral with me Janet , volunteers, experts, and the peregrines . Workshops and advice all day …..it’s about the time the Peregrines will fledge so it will be a fascinating day….do come and join us ….!!!

Several times over the last couple of days Mum has stayed on incubating and not let him take his turn …..I’m pretty sure we’re getting close now …..fingers crossed over the next two to three days….!!

Mum and Dad yesterday in between breaks on the nest looking good in the glorious sunshine. All being well eggs will start to hatch The very end of April beginning of May …looking good but fingers always crossed…!!!

Happy Easter to you all. We have been watching carefully on the Cameras and at the Cathedral to monitor progress this year . Normally at Chichester there are four eggs .For what ever reason (and we don’t know the answer ) this year we have three. Both birds are sitting well taking turns ,eggs will hatch end of April , beginning of May. ‘Eggcellent News’…..Ouch…..!!! Dad makes a dramatic exit…!!
