As of 9am this morning all 4 Juveniles are accounted for and safely installed on the cathedral tower and spire …..well done everybody……let’s hope it all calms down a little now….the weather is mainly set fair which will help……No more surprises on my birthday please……!!
2 juveniles on the ground
Our juveniles this year seem to be fascinated by the ground – last night 2 were rescued and returned to the cathedral by Graham who rings our chicks. All 4 are safe and well.
A chilly evening
Last evening we saw 3 juveniles – numbers 80 (after her little early morning trip to the shops!!) and 93, the other one was shy and didn’t show the number. Mum tried to tempt 80 with some food and then took it to the ledge where 93 was sitting. At one point there were 2 peregrines on the Bell Tower.
Apologies
Many apologies … after our first post telling you the numbers and sexes we had in advertantly swapped the numbers around. We have put that right now so all posts are correct!
