Up to all his tricks………

Up to all his tricks………

With all kinds of very interesting behaviour and some incredible flying and hunting across the roof tops it turned out to be one of the best afternoons of Peregrine watching ever…..because of his extraordinary antics in the sky I have to give him a Nickname……Maverick…….Pictures to follow…..For those of you who are wondering I think we will have eggs but it could be a week or two yet …they are behind schedule but still on the tracks !!
Five minutes ago and the scaffolding is finally finished ……game on!!

Both birds were around for quite a lot of the day plenty of scraping in the nest but we saw no mating…..

Last evening both were in the box doing all the right things….very encouraging .

Early morning and late evening they are both around….. disappearing during the day while the people work on the cladding on the Scaffolding …..The images are a little dark due to the lack of light when they were taken.

The Camera is Officially Live as of this AM……..Enjoy………. Use link above ,Chichester Peregrines web site,Cathedral web site or facebook.

Through all that has been thrown at him the boy keeps going and never seems to give up….his whole life has been an uphill struggle but the boy does not quit…..We may be a little behind the schedule but it’s not over yet as this is quite simply the most tenacious Peregrine I have ever had the pleasure to watch…..

On Sunday both birds were at home enjoying the beautiful weather …..below the photo of our female is the details of the open days for this year . These days will all be at the weekend due to our own work comitments but we hope you will join us on the south west lawns to enjoy these magnificent birds . We look forward to meeting you there.
