Yesterday afternoon in glorious sunshine was very quiet then our boy did bring in food which he eventually shared ….there was not much left so not sure she was very impressed!! The eggs should start to hatch 5,6,7, May not easy to choose a date as it took a little time for them to settle once the fourth egg was laid.

Several people have asked how close the Ravens nest is to the Peregrines so I thought a picture to show was a good idea …..it is quite close 10/12m at most…..they continue to be the grumpy neighbours just about tolerating each other with occasional random disagreements! Mean while life goes on as they both sit on eggs.

More from last weekend when the Peregrines had a few visitors….and they went to look at the Ravens nest !

The Peregrines took a lot of time this weekend to dive bomb the grumpy neighbours the Ravens ….perhaps now they both have eggs they will concentrate on raising their young it was fascinating to watch they do have respect for one another….this photo really show the difference in size of the male and female….!!

Easter Day Egg makes number four laid at 0.37am…..well done Mrs Perry….!! Happy Easter Everyone!!!

It’s always more difficult for the boys but this young Male is not very good at getting three eggs under….what would he do if we have four…..the problem is they are so much smaller than the female who is rightly made for this particular job…..but he tries to help out…..!!!
Third egg was laid at 4.35pm today just in time for Easter with luck we will have one more egg over the weekend….!!

At 12.55 there was a second egg and here is the picture…!!

Second egg at 12.55 pm we are out and about at the moment so photo later.
