Two boys and a girl all safe tonight after the ringing….!

Tonight as usual after evensong Graham Roberts and his son when up the spire to ring the chicks .We have two boys and a girl. All are fit and well . Our grateful thanks to Paul Soden for the brilliant pictures….!

Look Mum I’ve found my wings…!!

We are now going walkabout it’s got very hot and we can do we will ….please don’t worry if they go out of sight they are quite safe . They have three weeks to go till they fledge just looking for a better place or shade…They can not fall out of the nest turret.

It never ceases to amaze me how fast they grow having watched for so many years I would of thought I would not get surprised anymore but I do….!!! Great moments again….!!!

This just amused me so much…..if I had to guess at this early stage it’s two girls and a boy…..this was priceless!!!

An interesting morning as Mum and Dad feed the chicks and Mum decides it’s time that the unviable egg is removed from the nest box….first time I’ve ever seen this happen….fascinating to watch….watch it all….!!

Beautiful feeding time at 5.15pm with both mum and dad it was beautiful ,moving and funny all at once….one of my favourite clips I think…..!!
