Have a look at the picture below? I think he has a few feathers missing from the left breast. Was this the result of a bit of a scrap with another bird? Maybe you saw what happened. If you have any info please write a comment.

I was watching a peregrine on the spire Sunday morning which had a very pale,unmarked breast (certainly no wounds!) I wondered if it may have been one of the offspring.It did have a very close and noisy encounter with a large seagull on the way in.I’m not sure who was most surprised – the peregrine, the gull or me!!
