At changeover today at 1.30 pm all 4 eggs are still intact! Will the first chick come tomorrow?
Male comes in about 12:45 but our female tells him off, I think she is hungry!
We have sound!!! haven’t been able to confirm yet how well we can hear the peregrines but there is definitely sound!
The new camera has come in the post!
Whoops – it wasn’t the camera that arrived but the microphone. But just remember folks we have to wait for ‘the man’ to come and put it up there (you have to have the right credentials to approach a nesting peregrine).
5.22 this afternoon Dad left the nest and Mum took over.
We have had a number of comments about the inability of Apple products to see the live webcam. We are sorry about this and completely understand your frustration but we only HOST the webcam and have no control over the software used. We have expressed this view but there does not seem to be any change to the software in the pipeline. On a positive note if you are lucky enough to have an iMac or MacBook it is possible to view the webcam.
Apologies to everyone we are having problems with the webcam. We hope to have it back up very soon.
The Marquee is up, the displays are being put together and the TV is ready to go…All set for the Chichester Cathedral Peregrines Date With Nature opening tomorrow at 10am 🙂
