Our three youngsters are growing fast. You can easily see their feathers growing on wings and tail. Yesterday they went walkabout outside the nest so do not worry if you cannot see them – the camera does not cover all of the floor area of the turret.
Don’t forget to look at the new gallery of pictures taken as the chicks were being ringed.
In case you are all worried about the camera being off, it is because the chicks have been ringed this evening. We have 2 girls 63, 65 and a boy 62. (Ring 64 broke as it was being put on the bird)

They are growing so fast at the moment just a few days and they are really getting so much bigger.
What a Difference!
Once again we have an intrepid chick out of the nest. “He” seems to want to play hide and seek but the others don’t want to join in!!!

2 of our chicks are in the nest and the third is out on the right hand side. It sort of fell out but has been well fed and I expect it will be able to make its way back again.

What a difference a day makes beautiful yesterday in the sunshine and really rough this AM with the wind. Lot of great flying yesterday afternoon by both birds.

Both Mum and Dad were around this morning and Mum elected to feed them. It is going to really blow later on this morning so it is good they have been fed.

As last year there will be just Three , she knows …..and hence has left it to one side…..three healthy is great !!

What a beautiful morning and all is well on the nest ,many Intruders yesterday including Three peregrines and two visits by a pair of red kites.All of this was dealt with by our Peregrine pair.This morning she is happily sitting on the chicks but paying no attention to the final egg, I think we can safely say we will just have the three chicks this year.Picture below.
