Three in the air playing today…….all is well

It was really great at the Cathedral last night ….there are gaps in between but it is well worth the wait……

Last night was great we even saw what was probably the first food pass of the season……more fun this evening…..

Food pass ….The learning begins

It started very slowly with us saying to each other it must be the wind…….In truth I think they had been fed just before we arrived……once it started it never stopped……just to confirm all four are fledged and all four are well and enjoying there new found gift of flight ….a few pictures from tonight……

They are all out of the nest and well ….personally I do not think they have flown properly at all …but they are all out of the nest. We were very privileged to see an amazing array of activity this evening and to see all six was amazing ……when they are out of the nest but have not flown to me is not properly fledged so I think there is loads more fun to have with these guys as they really learn to fly ….and all the other tricks of the trade ……lovely to meet all you guys tonight so glad you all read the blog ….what a following……Sorry but no news of the buzzard.

Flapping and all out of the nest but very little real flying …..so they have left the nest but I’m not sure they have made any real flights. They did bring down a buzzard that came too close and it crashed into the Cathedral roof ……no other news on the buzzard as to whether it survived…..

Third one no 73 just fledged…..

Just before 1pm the second chick fledged …,hopefully pictures up this pm …..

The adventureous one was the first to fledge no 71 ……….
