Just for the Record……….
We thought Peregrine number 80 was recovering well from her ordeal and were not aware of her being put to sleep until we viewed our email on Monday morning……we are quite simply their biggest fans ,we have followed this family /Cathedral site since 2001 and it’s there fault the cameras and lenses have got bigger over the years!!As a result we would do anything to support this project and all Peregrines around the world…..as many of you know we have !! We will continue to support and before we move on from this tragic decision we thought a small tribute to number 80 courtesy of local photographer Neal Scott number 80’s exploits into the garden……RIP Fly High Little One……Let us all learn from this incident and do our best to never be in this situation again.

RIP our Girl 80……
To begin with I was lost for words…..A very sad day….I was not sure what to write at all…..number 80 was put to sleep due to a serious problem with her feathers……if you want to know more go to the RSPB Chichester Peregrines page on Facebook…..for me it’s a shocking decision and I hope I never have to write anything like this again…..!!!
Always something new……
Feathers from above …..A juvenile was feeding high above and the feathers cascaded down 10 seconds of excitement in what was a relatively quite evening……as Mum arrives back at the Cathedral to take up a regular perch…….
