What a difference a day makes……”I’m out of here one of them is bigger than me”…..Dad swiftly exits……!!! From June 13th for three weeks we will be on the south west lawn With Cameras, Telescopes and electronic gadgetry, to give the very best views as the youngsters fledge….do come and visit…..!!!

Swooping about……
When the young birds are ringed if the adults are at home they will both fly around swooping and making alarm calls……a lot of data is collected when they are ringed and we often get to know where they finally make their home…..so it is worth it…..After the ringing the peace and quiet returns relatively quickly and they all get on with their lives….photo courtesy of Neal Scott.
