Successful Season…!!
Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone now the open days are over. A very successful season let’s hope our two beautiful peregrines go on to live healthy long lives. To celebrate my favourite photograph of the season. Two bits of information for you .
Next year is the 25th anniversary of the Peregrines so we intend to make it special…!!
The nest cameras will be turned off very soon as the birds no longer go there now they have fledged.
We will do our best to keep you informed of their progress.
I hope you have all enjoyed the season as much as we have….!!!

Last set up….!!
All set up for the last day just a few pictures of the set Chichester Peregrines up !! Promised I would post a picture of the Trippy up signs . Next year they could be made into a Badge for the Peregrines as the signs are very popular….!!

Extraordinary….!!
Well just two more open days and what a ride it’s been. Having watched the birds since 2001 today was the first time ever I watched the female peregrine Successfully killing a pigeon just 40 ft away from our tent. Extraordinary …..meanwhile the youngsters are flying so well playing together and taking prey from their parents in the air. I know the weather is not so good this weekend but come and see us if you can on the last two days….weve loved being able to share the views with you all while we’ve been doing the open days ….!!!

Food Pass…!!
Not blue skies but shows the food pass quite well .We had seen AR do similar but this is the first food pass I think for AS. Quite a unique sequence…!!

Flying together AR and AS doing really well , landing can still be a challenge but they are learning fast. Open days continue at the Cathedral on the south east lawn until 6th July. Please come and see them as they learn all the tricks of the trade.

Both safe and flying well…!!
Landing is another story…!! So this morning finally AS showed herself all safe. So both are flying well AR went up to the top of the spire where Maverick use to sit ….apart from Mavericks offspring this is the only one that has ever landed at that spot.
