When we finally get back home I will post some flying pictures …..thanks for you patience,

No65 one of the girls took her first flight just after 4PM today and flew to the larder turret. One to go ! Picture was 65 the girl who flew having a snack earlier in the day.  

Its official the first to fly was a boy.

We keep jumping up on top exercising our wings it won’t be long now!

As the camera angle gets wider we are looking out…..not long to go now!!

Our youngsters still want to be fed by their parents but one of them already wants to escape.  Number 63 (one of the girls) has been seen in the cutout of the turret. She was spotted from the ground!!

A week to ten days should see us in the air….We are doing a lot of preening to get rid of the fluff and get our feathers in top condition for the moment we fly.

There are three in this picture can you see the third one?? Getting bigger now and have lost a lot of fluff. Just over a week before we can expect them to fledge.

The peregrines are on fine form at Chichester giving very good views at the moment. It will only get better towards the end of the month when the youngsters take to the skies.
