Changeover time revealed no eggs and 3 hungry chicks the fourth has possibly not been long hatched and didn’t show a head.

The second chick is here and the third one on the way ……..

One chick hatched and by the look of it another on the way! Then dad takes over.

There is at least one…….Chick !!

Such a good Mum despite all the weather we have chicks…..we think ….here is a piece of one of the eggs……but so much has been going on through out the day…..there could be two…….!!

Dad stayed for sometime trying to get a peak …..he may know more than we do…….

Dad came to check again but is still not allowed to take charge…..she is very restless which would indicate that perhaps something is happening…….

Dad arrived to take charge but was sent away ……maybe something is happening……..

Just checking and all is in order but nothing happening yet……….

It shows what happens when you go away eggs could hatch anytime from Friday onwards…..27 April……so this coming weekend ……
